About the Science IT Clusters
The Science IT Clusters provide IT support to students and staff in the Faculty of Science. There are two Cluster teams, providing support based on geographic locations in the University.

IT Cluster 1 provides IT support to the following areas:
- School of Botany
- School of Chemistry
- Department of Genetics
- Department of Information Systems
- Science Secretariat, Marketing Team and Graduate School
- Department of Zoology
The Cluster IT Manager for Cluster 1 is Lachlan Pollock. For urgent issues that need to be escalated in Cluster 1, Lachlan can be reached via phone on 9035 8070.
The School of Chemistry has a hotline number for urgent issues. This number can be used to leave a voicemail message: 8344 6475.
A list of our IT staff is provided below. IT staff will primarily look after one Department or School, however from time to time you will see and hear from other IT staff in the Cluster.

- Department of Optometry
- School of Physics
The Cluster IT Manager for Cluster 2 is Theo Pham. For urgent issues that need to be escalated in Cluster 2, Theo can be reached via phone on 8344 6605.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics has a hotline phone number for urgent issues: 8344 4613.
